Millicent is a recent Bag Lady who just joined the Bag Ladies of the Fat Quarter Club. She is a little timid yet and just getting to know the group. She has one thing in common with the rest of the gals there; she just loves those Fat Quarters. Bag ladies don't have a lot of room to store their fabric unless they pick up another tote bag somewhere along the way.
