The Bag Ladies of the Fat Quarter Club - Gertrude Bag Lady 4

Sometimes there is a cross-over that happens to the Bag Ladies. Gertrude is one of them I think. Perhaps she may have been a member of the Red Hats Ladies Society at one time or maybe she just was a "wannabe." She certainly dresses kind of like them, but the big blue plume in her hat tells me she may have spent some time somewhere else. At any rate she looks kind of dressy.
