Product Description
2-1/2" X 10" X 5" with non-slip gripper squares, 1/4" markings and hang hole. Start with 2 precuts - a 5" charm square and a 10" layer cake square and use this ruler for easy placement. Simply lay the ruler on the layer cake to position the charm square, cut twice and you're halfway done!
